Winter = Skating!?

The 700-person ice skating ribbon at Maggie Daley Park has opened for everyone to enjoy, although still a “work in progress”, the park not only features the skating facility shaped more like a winding river than a traditional rink but also a climbing wall, a brightly colored marine-themed play area complete with a ship, whale and lighthouse, and a multistory wooden play set with slides and a 30-foot suspension bridge.

Here’s a video showing what it’s like to skate around the brand new ribbon.
